The Carbon Steel Square Mouth Shovel is ideal for lifting and scooping loose garden waste and materials easily. For optimal strength and performance, the head is uniquely forged from a single piece of high-quality carbon steel, meaning no weld lines or weak points.

This also makes the overall tool lighter than your traditional spade, so you can garden for longer and with ease. The head includes our innovatively designed Comfort Step foot treads, which are wider and larger, with added grips for a secure and comfortable foot placement.

The carbon steel has been specially tempered to withstand greater force without deforming, with a lacquered finish to protect against rust.

The shaft is made from ethically sourced FSC® certified ash wood, complete with an ergonomic D-shaped handle and rubber grip for ultimate comfort. The handle and head connection is double riveted for maximum strength and a secure connection.
