Afternoon Tea Experience Booking Policy
To ensure the highest quality experience for all guests, Afternoon Tea Experience at Tapps Café is prepared fresh to order and operates under the following booking terms.
1. Availability
Afternoon Tea Experience is available on limited days and time slots (Thursday to Saturday, 2pm & 2.30pm) due to the care and preparation involved. Availability is subject to change and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis via pre-made bookings.
2. Advance Booking
All Afternoon Tea Experience bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Afternoon Tea Experience will not be available for Walk in’s.
3. Cancellations & Amendments
- Any cancellations or booking amendments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the booking time.
- Bookings may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability, when sufficient notice is provided (minimum 48 hours prior to the booked date).
4. Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the booking.
Increased guest numbers after this point cannot be accommodated and reduced guest numbers after this point will not be refunded.
5. Arrival Time
To ensure smooth service for all guests, tables are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time.
Late arrivals may receive a reduced experience or, in some cases, forfeit the booking.
6. Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements and allergies must be advised and confirmed no less than 48 hours in advance of your booking.
Unfortunately, we may be unable to accommodate last-minute dietary requests.
7. Peak Dates & Seasonal Pricing
Pricing may vary during school holidays, and special occasions due to increased demand and limited availability.
8. Upgrades
Upgrades and additional items are recommended to be pre-ordered at the time of booking to ensure availability.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By making an Afternoon Tea Experience booking at Tapps Café, guests confirm acceptance of this policy in full.
