Please note: Gardening chemicals are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 48 hours (2 days) from the time and date the order was placed on our website.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement and before items are dispatched.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
